The Quality Management System we have implemented allows us to ensure the services we provide meet the relevant requirements and are of the intended quality.
In order to maintain and improve the services, the Client satisfaction we offer and develop our business, the company is committed to:
- Conducting tests and services that meet regulatory and Client requirements
- Developing and improving our Quality Management System
- Constantly improving the quality of our services
We shall achieve these aims by ensuring we have a continuing commitment to:
- Ensuring that Client needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled via Client satisfaction.
- Constantly monitor the effectiveness of the processes implemented via Internal Audits and Management Reviews
- Ensuring our members of staff are trained to the highest level
We comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and constantly monitor our quality performance, implementing improvements when appropriate.
All personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the requirements of the Integrated Management System. This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
Copies are made available to all members of staff along with copies of the minutes of Management Reviews, or extracts thereof, in accordance with their role and responsibilities as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
